God must grant His favor on any work in order for it to succeed,
and it is on His favor, and not our own wisdom that we trust.Nevertheless, Wisdom is a gift of His favor, and we seek
to apply it to our work so that we may be a conduit of His
blessings to our fellow countrymen, and all mankind, in the
realm of Civil Government.
